With your membership, you will receive a 60 minute consultation with Rochelle Thayer. This consultation will be spent coming up with your personal health and fitness goals.
3. Weight, Measurements, and Pictures
We know this part can be daunting for some, but it’s important to know where you started when you finally get to where you want to be. The numbers, data and monthly pictures will give you the proof you need, that you can achieve your goals!
4. Guidance
