The First Steps of your Membership
1. Client Questionnaire
First you will fill out our client questionnaire. This form will ensure we have a plan that works for you. This includes your past history, injuries, health conditions, and medication you are on.
2. Set Your Goals
With your membership, you will receive a 60 minute consultation with one of our coaches. This consultation will be spent coming up with your personal health and fitness goals.
3. Weight, Measurements, and Pictures
We know this part can be daunting for some, but it’s important to know where you started when you finally get to where you want to be. The weight, measurements and monthly pictures will give you the proof you need, that you can achieve your goals! This is optional, so please do not feel obligated if you choose not to.
4. Foundations
What to Expect in Your Foundations Package
Before you join our group classes, one of our experienced coaches will guide you through four personalized sessions covering the key foundational movements used in our workouts.
During these sessions, you will learn:
* The full squat series: front squat, back squat, and overhead squat
* The press series: strict press, push press, and push jerk
* Proper form for deadlifts, pull-ups, kettlebell swings, and more
* How to safely scale and modify movements to suit your current fitness level
These classes are designed to build your confidence, improve technique, and ensure you are set up for long-term success in our group training environment.
