Class Descriptions

 

SLAY (Strengthen Lengthen Align Yourself)

Our 60-minute Yoga class allows you to Strengthen Lengthen & Align Yourself on what your body needs the most. Never the same class twice as this challenges your body and it is great for the mind.

The main focus of our class is to work on your breathing technique and work on the mobility needed in order to have a great workout in group class. Don't let your breathing control you. Always control your breathing so you can achieve the best workout.

Bootcamp Classes

Focused on the highest quality coaching, we will take you through a journey that is safe and effective to lose weight while getting you physically fit. Our 60-minute Bootcamp classes have a personal training style but in a small group setting. We help men, women and our youth grow knowledge of what our bodies are capable of doing in a safe and effective way. We equip you to feel confident in your own skin through continued education for a lifetime of success. 

Members get a mix of cardio and strength training with our top of the line equipment. Our small group training will never be overcrowded with members, therefore never making you feel intimidated about reaching your fitness goals. Never the same workout twice. You will get workouts that are constantly varied and are functional while tailored to your athletic level. We work at a high intensity adjusting to challenge you while safely improving your fitness.

50/50 Classes

This 60-minute class divides both SLAY and Bootcamp to a new level. The first 30 minutes allows you to focus on your breath, alignment and core with mobility and stretching. This preps you for the last 30 minutes of bootcamp. 

Our 50/50 class moves at a slightly faster pace than each individual Bootcamp or SLAY class by itself.

Personal Training Sessions

If you are not looking for group training, personal training is the perfect fit for you. These 30 or 60-minute sessions are customizable to your needs and wants in a personal 1-1 atmosphere.

The Details

  • If you are injured, overweight, post baby or simply want to perform better, Coach Ro will help you reach your goals. Every workout can be adjusted so you can do a version of that workout.

    At Sun Chaser Fitness, Coach Ro will tailor your training by modifying workouts.

  • Both Bootcamp and SLAY classes follow the same structure of programming.

    Both classes warm up the body from head to toe. Bootcamp will be more of a dynamic warm up while SLAY will be set around centering the body so you can safely and effectively be ready to move the body.

    Skill work for Bootcamp classes are centered around specific movements for cardio, gymnastics, strength training, powerlifting, etc. SLAY’s skill work is all about holding positions in stillness, finding the proper alignment, and challenging you to deeper holds before moving it into a flow.

    The workout for both Bootcamp and SLAY will get you sweating with a variety of workouts or yoga flows to take you to the next level.
