LBN Challenge Kickoff Meeting 🏁🔥

It’s time to kick things off for the Look Better Naked Challenge! This meeting is where we’ll break down everything you need to know to crush the challenge: Sunday, August 31st, 5:30pm-6:30pm

• What the challenge includes & how to earn points

• Q&A session to get all your questions answered

• Weigh-ins, measurements, and “before” pictures 📸

• Details on the weekly & monthly checklist system

After the meeting, you’ll receive an email with a Google Sheets tracker where you can log your progress. It’ll automatically calculate your weekly points and make it super easy to submit your totals. ✅

And of course… the real highlight — Coach Jeff will be grilling! 🌭🍔 Bring a simple side dish or snack to share — no need to get fancy. If you’ve got wine, beer, or other drinks you need to “get rid of,” bring those along, too. 😉
