Recap Of LBN Kickoff Meeting

The challenge starts tomorrow. Our Look Better Naked Challenge is here and we have 19 registered. We will also have 19 that will finish. No one is going to get off easy by bailing out on this half way through. We have each other through the struggles and victories, so let’s make this a great challenge.

Weight, measurements and pictures will be taken Tuesday, through Thursday. Look for the times to reserve on FB.

If you still need to pay, please give the $40 cash to a coach and they will cross you off the “still need to pay list.” You know who you are.

The video up here and I recommend that you watch it, so you have clear knowledge on what is acceptable and what is not throughout this challenge. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask and we will be happy to help answer and direct you.

Also, all recipes with pictures will be posted on the sweaty mess FB page. We will keep a folder on file with all recipes so we can keep them in the same place.
